Charlotte’s background is a BA in History at Cardiff University. Charlotte then went on to gain a MA scholarship at Swansea University, titled Global Challenges: Law, Policy and Practice. It was during her volunteering experience at WCIA that Charlotte developed an interest in policy-making as well as research.
