Isabelle is a Research Assistant at the Wales Centre for Public Policy, joining the team in October 2020. Her research interests include health and social care, public policy and population health.

Prior to joining WCPP, Isabelle was a research assistant at the London School of Economics where she was involved in a project aiming to improve adolescent access to sexual and reproductive health services in East Africa.

Isabelle has a background in geography and demography with a first-class BA(Hons) in Geography from the University of Oxford. She has recently completed an MSc in Health and International Development (specialising in Population Studies) at the London School of Economics.
