Dr Ross Millar is a Lecturer and Director of Teaching and Learning at HSMC. His research interests are concerned with how health and social care practitioners make sense of the
continuities and change associated with reform. Ross has been involved in a variety of
research projects that include comparative case studies of health system reform, the
promotion of social enterprise in health and social care and the study of hospital board
governance of patient safety.
